  • Who can Pulse Buildwell help?

    We work with owners looking to either build on their vacant residential plots or demolish and rebuild their homes in Delhi NCR.

  • Do we undertake Turnkey Construction projects?

    Yes, we do Turnkey construction for projects in NCR where the contract value is, depending on the size, approx. 80 Lakh to 1 Cr and above. We take up turnkey construction projects and provide an end-to-end solution including Approvals, Design, Construction, and Finishing. For outside of Delhi NCR, we evaluate and reach the decision on a case-to-case basis.

  • Do we do a 2-floor collaboration?

    Yes, we do, depending upon the size and area of plot.

  • If we have our own architect or drawings, how can we go ahead with Pulse Buildwell?

    In case the homeowners have a layout ready by a professional architect beforehand, Prithu can construct for the homeowners post all internal checks for MCD Bye laws, structural and services consultants, and other feasibility checks.

  • What is the design process that we follow?

    Our design steps are as follows:

    1. We start with a design brief for the floor plan.
    2. Floor plan option is shared. Post iterations, it is finalized.
    3. Once the floor plan is finalized, then work starts in parallel on approval drawings, structure drawings, services drawings, and elevation.
    4. Construction work starts. In parallel, drawings work continues for false ceiling, kitchen design etc. selections of the material also happen.
  • How do we ensure quality?

    Quality is controlled by a holistic approach at our place, which we refer to as TTW – Team, Technology and Warranty.

  • How much do you charge per meter square? 

    While most builders will provide you with a ‘guess-timated’ meter square rate and total cost, we take a more detailed approach when it comes to submitting our formal quotation. We believe that the ‘meter square-rate approach’ is unreliable as we work on architecturally designed projects with custom specifications. 
    What is your quotation process? 
    Our tender process is a 3-Stage process. 
    Stage 1: involves a site visit and introductory meetings with the client/architect. During this initial stage, we will go through our company’s questionnaire to determine our project suitability for all parties involved. 
    ⦁ Stage 2: occurs only after completion of the first stage. We prepare a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the project, and we also submit our ROI (Request of Information) regarding any discrepancies in the drawings or to address our questions regarding the project. 
    Stage 3: is the submission of the formal proposal for the project. Upon submission of our quotation, we also offer an open tender review option whereby we will sit down with the client to go through our quotation and assist with cross-checking other tenders received. This ensures that the client can accurately compare tenders that have allowed for the same amount of Scope of Works (SOW). 

  • Can I visit the site during construction stage? 

    Our company will schedule regular on-site meetings with the client throughout the construction process. (Usually once a fortnight). We believe in empowering our clients with this access so that they feel comfortable, involved and reassured that their project is in the best hands. This helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures our clients can voice any concerns or ask questions at every project stage.
